Smiles for Hope Foundation

The Smiles for Hope Foundation at Lach Orthodontic Specialists provides orthodontic scholarships for children who may not otherwise receive assistance for their treatment needs.

Smiles for Hope aims to reach individuals with financial challenges and special situations as determined by the locally appointed board of directors who represent our Orlando, Oviedo, and Lake Nona communities.

Our foundation sponsors orthodontic care for several patients each year.

Our mission

At the Smiles for Hope Foundation, it is our mission to create self-confidence, inspire hope, and change the lives of children in our community in a dramatic way. The gift of a smile can do all this for a deserving individual who, in turn, can better themselves and our community.

There is no deadline for filling out this form, and if you aren’t accepted, you are welcome (and encouraged!) to reapply every quarter.
